  1. Q : I failed in installing the USB TO RS232 Cable, because the device reminds the driver is not compatible with WIN XP,why?

    A : A warning will occur during the USB TO RS232 Cable installing, please ignore this warning and continue with installing.

  2. Q : I can install the USB TO RS232 Cable well, but there turn up to the computer hardware conflict,and the error number is 31,why?

    A : Just remove this cable from your device and reinstall it, your computer will site the IRQ breach number and I/O position.

  3. Q : After I installed the USB TO RS232 cable, its COM Port is COM5 , but my software is only compatible with COM1 and COM4,and the inbuilt Modem occupied the COM2,can I use the other COM Port?

    A : Yes,you can.please follow up me as follows ( only suitable for WINDOWS ME,2000,XP):
    1. From"Device Manager",select"View devices by type",then" Ports(COM & LPT ) "
    2. Select the USB serial port and click"Properties".
    3. Select the "Port Settings"tab,then click "Advanced".Choose the required COM port number from the list and click"OK".

  4. Q : Can USB TO RS232 Cable run under the dos & win95?

    A : No, it can't. because dos & win95 is not compatible with the USB standard .

  5. Q : Can USB TO RS232 Cable transmit information between PC and Notebook ?

    A : If you want to transmit information between PC and Notebook , please use our USB TO NETWORK CABLE .

  6. Q : How can I install USB TO RS232 cable to work with Printer ?

    A : This cable can't be used with Printer , please use our USB TO Parallel Printer cable ?

  1. Q : I use your USB NETWORK CABLE transmit information between 2 XP Computers , but it can't reach the long-distance computer in the GeneLink 1.13A , why ?

    A : If you want to reach the long-distance computer in GeneLink 1.13A , you must install GeneLink 1.13A in both computers and make it running .

  2. Q : I try to install USB NETWORK Cable under the Win XP , but the computer remind that the driver is not compatible with Win XP,why ?

  3. A : A warning will occur during the USB TO RS232 Cable installing , please ignore this warning and continue with installing .

  1. Q : I bought your product of USB TO Parallel Printer cable , and my operating system is WIN XP , can you offer me the WIN XP driver?
  2. A : Only Win98 needs driver and WIN XP needn't any driver .

  3. Q : I bought your product of USB TO Parallel Printer cable , but it can't work , how can I do ?

    A : Before install the USB TO Parallel printer cable , please don't install your printer . After you install the USB TO Parallel printer cable , please change the Printer port as USB2LPT ( Windows 98) , USB001 or USB002( Windows XP )

  4. Q : Can USB TO Parallel printer cable work under the Windows NT?

    A : No,it can't.Because Windows NT is not compatible with the USB standard .

  5. Q : I have you product of USB TO Parallel printer cable,it works very under the Windows 2000,but it can't work under the Windows XP ,why?

    A : If you have already installed the driver of USB TO Parallel printer cable ,please change your printer port as our USB TO Parallel printer cable's virtual port USB001 or USB002 .

  1. Q : I want to work your product of USB TO Fast Ethernet converter with my I-MAC Computer,Can you offer me the relative driver?

    A : Our USB TO Fast Ethernet converter is not compatible with the IMAC Computer .

  1. Q : I bought your product of USB 4 PORT HUB W/O POWER,When I plug it with HP-Printer and HP Scanner,it can't work,but when I cut it,it works well.Why?

    A : The main reason is the you HUB you bought is without power,so it only can work with the lower power device . So it can't drive the high power device of HP Printer and HP Scanner together.

  2. Q : I bought your product of USB Mini HUB 4Port HUB,please can you tell me where I can get its driver?

    A : This product doesn't need any driver,it can plug and play any time.

  3. Q : I bought your product of USB Mini 4Port HUB,and the operating system is Win XP,but the LED is unlighted.

    A : Only when you connect your USB device with the USB HUB,the LED will be lighten accordingly,it needn't any driver.

  4. Q : I bought your product of USB 4PORT HUB,and my OS is MAC OS X,Can you please tell me the function of the LED?

    A : When 4 LED are unlighted,it indicates that the HUB is not connected with any device . Once any port of the HUB is connected with the USB device , the LED will be lighted accordingly , otherwise it is unlighted.When the LED is flashing,it indicates that the HUB is transmitting information.
